I'm a 62-year old retired Firefighter.

I spent 34 years in the fire service. I always stayed fit by working out and jogging. I even competed in bodybuilding shows for 7 years. After all those years of firefighting, my body was feeling the effects. My left knee hurt most of the time, it caused me to walk with a limp. I had pain in my right shoulder.
